Questions people ask

What currency am I charged in?

£49 in the UK, $49 in the US and €49 in the eurozone. Anywhere else, you are charged the dollar price converted by your card issuer.

What happens after the free trial?

On day 8 the card you added is charged for the first year. You get an email before that happens.

How do I cancel?

From inside your account, in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

The 7-day trial is there so you can decide before paying anything. Once a year has started it is non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any point and keep using it until the year ends.

Is there a setup fee?

No. And if you want us to import an existing client list, ask and we will help.

Do you take a cut of my payments?

No. Card payments go through your own Stripe account. Stripe's processing fee applies, and Webukit takes nothing on top.
